President  - Kishore K.Upadhyay (Ph.-9328911006)	F.No. AICEIA/Surat Cluster/Office Order/02/2014-15    Dated : 04.01.2015 OFFICE ORDER             During meeting of the Executive Committee of the Office bearers of AICEIA, Surat Cluster held on 04.01.2015, it has been decided to appoint Divisional Representatives with objective to promote the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the members of the department and to strive towards excellence in collective activities. The Divisional Representatives shall have the following duties and responsibilities :         i.            To ensure cent percent membership in respect of their respective divisions;       ii.            To work as a link between Executive Committee and members of AICEIA of concerned Divisions/Section;     iii.            Forwarding of grievances, local issues and individual problems to their concerned Vice-President/Joint-Secretary. The VP/JS will sort out the local issues and looking into the gravity of the issue, if required, shall put up the matter before the Executive Committee.     iv.            To convey and implement any policy/decision of the Executive Committee;       v.            To attend periodic quarterly meetings of the Executive Committee as and when called for the same;     vi.            To interact regularly with each and every member of their respective divisions. 2.         The following members of AICEIA, Surat Cluster are appointed as Divisional Representative, with immediate effect, till further orders, as under:
