President  - Kishore K.Upadhyay (Ph.-9328911006)	F.No. AICEIA/Surat Cluster/Office Order/03/2014-15    Dated : 04.01.2015 MINUSTES OF MEETING OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF AICEIA SURAT CLUSTER HELD ON 04.01.2015             A meeting of Executive Committee of AICEIA, Surat Cluster was held on 04.01.2015 at 1400 hrs. During the meeting, all the elected office bearers were present and the following points were discussed : i. Audit of the Accounts and Records of AICEIA, Surat Cluster ii. Appointment and duties of Divisional Representatives, iii. Appointment of Nominated Office bearers i.e. Liaison Secretary, Treasure and Office Secretary. iv. Enrolment of new members in AICEIA, Surat and renewal of membership of existing members, v. Grievances raised before the authorities and their present status 2.         During the meeting, the following decisions were unanimously taken by the elected members : i. Office order dated 04.01.2015 issued for appointment of audit committee, ii. Office order dated 04.01.2015 issued for appointment of DRs. iii. Office Order dated 04.01.2015 issued for appointment of nominated Office bearers. iv. Enrolment of new members and renewal of membership will be undertaken within 10 days i.e. by 15.01.2015. v. A letter dated 01.01.2015 was sent to the Hon’ble CC and Hon’ble Commissioners with regard to issues raised by us and their present status.

3.         The meeting was held from 1400 hrs to 1800 hrs and all the decisions were unanimously taken. It was also decided to hold an Annual General Meeting of Inspectors preferably during January-2015. Date and venue of the Annual General Meeting will be conveyed accordingly. All the DRs are required to ensure cent-percent attendance during the AGM.

4.         Next Meeting of the Executive Committee of AICEIA, Surat Cluster will be held on 17.01.2014 at 1400 hrs. All the Executive Committee members and DRs are required to attend the same.
